Roland Aurlus Dieu-Donné de Souza is VieVert's Supply Lead and the company's most senior operational presence in Benin, serving as Gérant Intérimaire of VieVert Bénin SARL — the wholly-owned operating subsidiary through which VieVert conducts all in-country operations.

Roland is the operational spine of VieVert's Benin footprint. He manages the procurement relationships, supplier negotiations, and logistics coordination that will undergird VieVert's bamboo supply chain from cultivation to conversion. His work ensures that the company's ground operations are structured, accountable, and positioned to scale.

With deep roots in southern Benin and an extensive network of local relationships across communities, suppliers, and institutional stakeholders, Roland provides VieVert with the on-the-ground continuity and operational intelligence that no remote team could replicate. He bridges the strategic vision set in Austin with the day-to-day realities of building a supply chain in the Ouémé-Plateau region.
