Oswald Luis Carrena is the Founder of Carrena Property Management, a family-owned real estate and property management company established in 2002 in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Over more than two decades he has built and managed a portfolio of 150+ residential and commercial properties across Fairfield and New Haven Counties — coordinating maintenance, compliance, tenant relationships, vendor networks, and capital decisions simultaneously.

At VieVert, Oswald serves as Strategic Advisor for Real Estate & Asset Management, supporting three of the company's most capital-intensive priorities: land strategy in Benin, operational infrastructure across cultivation and conversion sites, and long-term asset management as VieVert scales across West Africa.

He brings the hard-won discipline of twenty years turning physical assets into productive, well-managed operations — exactly the muscle VieVert needs as it moves from strategic planning to building real infrastructure on the ground.
