Community & Environmental Partnerships Lead

VieVert Bénin SARL

Benin

Oréola Paulette Atchadé Savimbi is VieVert's Community & Environmental Partnerships Lead — responsible for the social license to operate that no clean energy company can take for granted.

A recognized climate leader and founder of the NGO Pauly Afrique Bio, Oréola has spent a decade earning trusted relationships across southern Benin — with local authorities, women's groups, farming communities, and government bodies. Her record speaks for itself: she independently led the restoration of over 80,000 mangroves — 80% of a 100,000-tree goal launched after the COP21 Paris Agreement — and secured nearly 1,000 hectares from local authorities for reforestation. Her work was recognized by Benin's Ministry of Environment (MCVTDD) and international partner Terra Mucho, and in January 2026 she was honored as 'Young Woman of Impact for Environmental Justice in Francophone Africa.'

At VieVert, Oréola turns that credibility into partnership — leading engagement with the communities of the Ouémé-Plateau region so that VieVert is not a company arriving, but a partner communities choose to welcome. Her fluency in French, Fon, and Tchabè gives VieVert an authentic voice at the community level. In a market where trust is the primary currency, she is one of the company's most valuable assets.
